Northern
Harrier

The Northern Harrier is a unique raptor known for its owl-like face, low flight style, and bright white patch on its rump.

They have stiff facial feathers that direct sound to their ears, making them the most owl-like of all hawks.

When capturing larger animals like ducks or rabbits, they sometimes subdue them by holding them underwater.
