Pink-necked
Green-Pigeon

Only the adult male has the signature pink-and-orange neck and breast, while the female is a uniform, leafy green all over for camouflage.

Their diet relies heavily on figs (Ficus species), and they can often be spotted hanging upside down from branches like acrobats to reach fruit.

Unlike many wild birds, they have adapted very well to urban life and thrive in crowded Southeast Asian cities like Singapore as long as there are fruiting trees around.
